2. Sampling & analysis – We measure and document composition, contaminants, and volumes. 
3. Market outreach – We obtain competitive pricing from authorized recyclers such as solvent reclaimers, fuel blenders, metals recovery operations, acid regeneration facilities, and cement kilns. 
4. Savings proposal – If recycling beats your current disposal cost, you choose whether to proceed. 
5. Compliance confidence – All recycling is structured to meet RCRA-legitimate recycling requirements (40 CFR 260.43) and applicable state DEP rules.
